Logging in with two-factor authentication
To log in to the system as a case manager when you have two-factor authentication enabled, simply follow the steps below:
Go to the login page in the platform and enter your username and password. When you click on log in, the platform will ask for your authentication code.
Open your authenticator app on your phone. There you can see your authentication code being requested. Use the same authenticator app you used when you enabled two-factor authentication.
Enter the authentication code from your phone in the ‘Enter two-factor authentication code’ field in the platform.
Click ‘Log in’ in the platform.
Please note that the code is not sent via SMS or email but is only available in your authenticator app.
