How to log into your account when you have two factor authentication enabled

Logging in with two-factor authentication

To log in to the system as a case manager when you have two-factor authentication enabled, simply follow the steps below:

  • Go to the login page in the platform and enter your username and password. When you click on log in, the platform will ask for your authentication code.

  • Open your authenticator app on your phone. There you can see your authentication code being requested. Use the same authenticator app you used when you enabled two-factor authentication.

  • Enter the authentication code from your phone in the ‘Enter two-factor authentication code’ field in the platform.

  • Click ‘Log in’ in the platform.

Please note that the code is not sent via SMS or email but is only available in your authenticator app.
