If a recruit has officially joined your team, you can easily convert them to an employee directly from your Company Dashboard. Once converted, our system will review their eligibility and notify them if they qualify for benefits.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Company Dashboard.
On the left-hand menu, navigate to Workforce.
Select the Recruit tab.
Search for the recruit’s name and click on their profile.
In the top right corner of their profile, click “Convert to Employee.”
Follow the prompts and confirm the conversion.
What Happens Next
After converting the recruit, please allow up to 24 hours for our system to sync and review eligibility.
Eligibility is not automatic. Our system will review the employee based on your company’s policy.
If they meet the eligibility requirements, they will receive text and email notifications with instructions to enroll in their benefits.
