In the Supplier Sustainability Management module, you will be able to create Sustainable Programmes for specific ESG goals you may wish to have a specific focus on.

Those Programmes will enable you to access the SBTi and the CDP data disclosed by your suppliers and create Programmes to have visibility on those data sets.

In addition you can as well incorporate custom data sources that you have configured yourself.

Those Programmes can incorporate one to multiple data sources according to your needs.

To create a Programme

Step 1: Go to your Supplier Sustainability Management Module. You will be directly on the Programme section. Click on 'Add new'

Step 2: A popup will appear prompting you to provide a title to the Programme, a description, an icon and a cover image. Once the mandatory fields have been completed, click on 'Continue'

Step 3: A new popup will appear where you will be able to choose the data sources to be included in the Programme. You can select one, multiple or all criterias included in those data sources. Once done, click on 'Save'.

Step 4: Your Programme has now been created. To see the data being fed into the Programme, you will have two additional steps to complete: Invite Suppliers and Configure your roadmap.
To invite suppliers, click on the blue button 'Invite Suppliers'. A popup will appear with the list of all your Suppliers. Select All the Suppliers that need to be onboarded and click on 'Invite'

Step 5: Your last step is to configure your roadmap by clicking on 'Configure Roadmap'.
A popup will appear where you will be able to one or Programme phases with Targets for all your sustainable criterias. Once the Programme Phases have been configured, you can click on 'Reports Schedule' which allows you to configure further notifications and schedule reports if you have any custom Data Source in your Programme. Then click on 'Save'
