In the Supplier Sustainable Management module you will be able to create different Sustainable Programmes.

For each of those Programmes, you can create an unique Programme Team with clear responsibilities and permissions to fulfil their missions.

One user can have a specific mission for one Sustainable Programme and have a different involvement in another Sustainable Programme. You will be able to tailor their access accordingly by attributing them the corresponding role to each Programme.

Step 1: In the Supplier Sustainable Module, click on your Programme

Step 2: Go to the Team Tab

Step 3: The creator of the Programme will be the unique user listed in the Team. Click on 'Add Users' to add members to the Programme Team

Step 4: In the popup select all the users you wish to add and in a second step the one or several roles you want them to be granted with. Then click 'Confirm'

Programme Creator: This user will receive all permissions relating to the programme; they will be able to configure the programme roadmap, add or remove suppliers, assign a managing relationship to a supplier profile, configure the programme and supplier team by adding or removing roles, review reports and delete the programme.

Programme Admin: This user will be able to configure the programme roadmap, add or remove suppliers, assign a managing relationship to a supplier profile, configure the programme and supplier team by adding or removing roles at or below this level, review reports and delete the programme.

Programme Manager: This user will be able to configure the programme roadmap, add or remove suppliers, assign a managing relationship to a supplier profile, configure the programme and supplier team by adding or removing roles at or below this level and review reports.

Programme Viewer: This user will receive view access to the programme and associated supplier profiles. They will also be able to view and comment on associated reports.
