Creating an account

This guidance explains how you can set up your account after receiving an email invite to join Vizibl.

Step 1. Once your registration email reaches your inbox, access the link in the email by clicking “Create your Vizibl Account”.


Step 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and set up your password.

Step 3. After setting up your credentials, you will be presented with a page on which you can insert your profile information.

Step 4. The last step is to set up 2FA either via SMS or Google Authenticator. It is recommended you include the correct country code if the former option is used. Preferably, it is better to use the latter if your mobile internet connection is not stable, as security codes can be generated without internet connection.

Vizibl’s customers generally have SSO enabled meaning they can login with their organization’s credentials through a personalized url i.e https://acme.app.vizibl.co. (replace “acme” with your organisation’s name).

Logging into Vizibl

All customers and their users access the platform on a specific domain. For instance, if I am working with Acme on Vizibl, I will now access Acme's instance on https://acme.app.vizibl.co. Every customer has their own unique subdomain which supplier users will use to access the customer's instance:

Users can use a single email as their identity for all companies they are working with on Vizibl, and can easily switch between their Vizibl instances using the Organisation Switcher in the main Navigation side panel.

Getting a reminder of organisations

If a user forgets or does not know which organisation instances they can log into then they can complete the “Forgotten domain” form from the main login page.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Select "Forgot your password?” on the login page and insert your registered email. Following this, you will receive an email to reset it. More than three failed attempts to login will lock your account. Your company admin or Vizibl support can assist with unblocking your account.

I do not know what is my organisation domain is?

This is usually your organisation's name. If you are unsure, use the "Forgot domain" button on the login page to get a reminder of all your accessible instances.

I am getting an error message saying that my link has expired. What does this mean?

Vizibl invites are valid for 72 hrs after being issued and cannot be used subsequently. It is recommended that you contact your company administrator and ask for a new one, or Vizibl Support for help.

I am getting an error message “Your sign-up link has already been used” whilst trying to log in.

This message is displayed if you have already used your sign-up link. Your registration has been successful and you should not use your invite link to login. You can navigate to https://app.vizibl.co/auth/login to login.

None of these FAQs solve my issue, what should I do?
