  • How do I reset or change my password?

Go to https://accounts.vizibl.co/ and select "Forgot your password?", you will receive an email to reset it. Alternatively, visit this page directly, insert your registered email and you will be prompted with an email notification that will allow you to reset it.

  • Can I upload any file type as an attachment into Vizibl?

Currently, the following extensions are allowed: 'JPG', 'JPEG', 'GIF', 'PNG', 'TXT', 'PDF', 'RTF', 'DOC', 'XLS', 'PPS', 'PPT', 'DOCX', 'XLSX', 'PPTX', 'ODT', 'ODG', 'MOV', 'AVI', 'MP4', 'MKV', 'MP3', 'KEY'

  • What is the limit for uploading files?

The limit is 50MBs.

  • How can I add an event on Vizibl to my calendar in Outlook or Google?

After you publish the event attendees are notified via email. This email is an invitation to the event that allows the attendees to add the event to their own personal calendars (e.g., Outlook, Gmail). In case the event is updated in Vizibl, the attendees will be notified about these updates, and the calendar entries will be updated accordingly.

  • I can’t find a project/task/event that was assigned to me or that I should be involved in - What shall I do?

Try the Quick Links under "Shortcuts" on the main navigation. If you still cannot find the Project, Event, or Task it may be a permissions issue. Reach out to Vizibl support and we can fix it quickly for you.

  • How do I get in touch with the Vizibl team with questions, suggestions or feature requests?

You can either use the in-app messaging tool, submit a request on our knowledge base or get in touch via email using support@vizibl.co.

  • How can I add more people to the relationship page?
