Account settings are the control center of your platform experience. In this dedicated section, you have the power to personalize and manage your account according to your preferences. You can add information for others to get to know who you are and how they can get in touch with you.

To update your user profile click on your user picture on the top right of your Vizibl screen and select "Account settings".

Profile

Use this section to update your details and add a profile picture.

Your email is your login to Vizibl *. In case you change the email, for example in your user settings, this will update your login as well accordingly, and notifications from Vizibl will be sent to the new email.

*If you are a Vizibl customer, your organization might have Single Sign On set up. We would recommend reading Signing up and signing in to Vizibl to ensure you are using the correct authentication method.

Security

Use this section to update account security settings, such as changing your password.

You can also enable Two Factor Authentication for your Vizibl account to add an extra layer of security via SMS or Google Authenticator on your mobile device.

To enable two-factor authentication, select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" and choose which option (SMS or Google Authenticator) you want to use for the authentication process.

You will be provided with several backup authentication codes in case you lose access device. Make sure you save these in a safe place i.e. an approved password manager.

Location

In this section, you can update your location and set your time zone. Location and time zone have an impact on your default settings when creating or viewing activities in Vizibl, such as events, tasks, reviews, or projects.

Support Access logs

Also known as account impersonation, in this section, you can see a detailed log of any instances our support representatives have had to access your account for troubleshooting purposes or escalations. This would never happen without your consent and the entire activity is audited.
