You can manage opportunity scores within Vizibl by customising rating scales for each opportunity template, ranging from 1-5 or 1-10. Dive into the details and discover how this game-changing tool can elevate your workflow:
All pre-existing opportunity templates will retain their current rating scale of ‘None’, (N/A) meaning that they not have a rating scale selected.
Assigning Rating Scales to Templates
To apply a rating scale, access the opportunity form builder and choose Configure Rating:
Edit the default dropdown from None, to either 1-5 or 1-10.
Your selection will be clearly displayed under Rating, affecting all subsequent opportunity submissions.
Rating Opportunities
Once a template has a rating scale, all opportunities submitted using it can be rated accordingly.
Eligible users can rate opportunities based on their role: Initiative Creator, Manager and Reviewer, Opportunity team (minus Creator) plus users that inherit these permissions such as Company/Companies/Org Admins.
Unrated opportunities show 'N/A' for average rating.
Simply select a rating from the dropdown and click Set Rating to submit.
As soon as the rating is submitted, Average Rating and count of ratings is updated
The opportunity's average rating will adjust accordingly. If you decide that you would like to remove your rating from an opportunity (perhaps you need more time to consider which value you would like to submit), this can be done simply by clicking Remove Rating and the average rating for the opportunity will update accordingly.
When a rating has been submitted for an opportunity that is linked to an initiative, this is also visible in the opportunity list (inside the initiative) via a new Rating column.
Every rating-related action is logged in the Progress Log. Logged actions include rating, updating, or removing a rating. These updates are only visible to users who have the permission to view and submit a rating against the opportunity.
In opportunity templates where no opportunities using it have been rated, the rating scale can be edited and the new scale can be used for new submissions. In opportunity templates where opportunities have been rated already using a defined scale, the rating scale cannot currently be changed.
