Whether you have made your choice between several programs, changed your mind, or need to cancel your plans, you are free to cancel your application. If you paid your deposit, you can reuse it for another program with the Flex-Option.
To avoid any misunderstandings and keep the host organizations informed of your plans, here's how to cancel your application in a few clicks:
1. Log in to your Volunteer World account and click on the tab "Trips".
2. Click on the "Details" button on the application overview that you want to cancel.
3. Click on the "Cancel Application" button at the bottom of the page.
If you have already paid your deposit, you have the possibility to reuse it with the Flex Option.
Note: Our refund conditions only apply if the cancellation is initiated by the host organization.
