If you are using both our Voly Operational and Voly APA platforms, you likely have both of our mobile apps installed on your device.
Occasionally, you may encounter a user error message when logging into one of our Voly apps, even though you know your email and password are correct. If this happens, here are a few options you can try on both your mobile device and desktop to resolve these errors.
Log Ins
The first step in getting logged back into the mobile app will be to double-check your password and passphrase. These details are the same for both the desktop and mobile apps. So logging into the desktop/browser version of Voly will allow you to check those details.
If you are unable to log into the Desktop/Browser version of Voly, please follow the instructions on how to reset those in the article below.
If you have logged into both our Operational and APA systems please ensure you are using the correct login and email for the accounts.
You may need to include extra details at the end of your username to help the system identify which system you are logging in to.
You will need to include @servername at the end of your email address. Your server name will be included in your browser web address when using the desktop version of Voly.

Clearing App Cache - iPhone
1. Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone and tap on “General.”
2. Scroll down and tap on “iPhone Storage.” This option may also be labelled as “iPad Storage” or “iPod Touch Storage,” depending on your device.
3. Wait for a few seconds while your device calculates the storage usage.
4. Scroll down and you will see a list of all the apps installed on your iPhone, arranged in order of storage usage.
5. Tap on the app for which you want to clear the cache. This will take you to the app’s storage settings
6. Look for the “Offload App” or “Delete App” option. Tap on it to remove the app and its cache from your device. Note that this will also delete any app-related data, so make sure to back up important information before proceeding.
Clearing App Cache - Android
1. Open the Settings of your phone.
2. If you have an older phone running Android Oreo or earlier, you'll want to open the App Manager settings page.
3. Open the Apps section.
4. Tap the See All Apps button to see a list of your installed apps
5. Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
6. Tap the Storage & cache button.
7. Tap the Clear cache button.
Next Steps
If you have completed the following steps above and are still not able to log into the mobile app. The next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
