On the mobile app, you can add invoices just like on the desktop. The format and information required for the invoices stay the same across both systems and will be seen on both the desktop and the mobile app as soon as it is saved as a draft or saved/completed.
Invoices are found under the three lines in the top right-hand corner of the app homepage. This will take you to the Invoices page, where you will see any Invoices, you have inputted previously or have permission to view from another department.
Invoices are categorised by month so if you are unable to find a specific invoice, it may be in another expenditure month. You can see previous months in the mobile app as well.
Adding invoices in the mobile app is straight forward and you can also take a picture of the invoice straight from your phone.
This means you no longer have to upload images to the desktop first to save on the Voly system.
To get to the invoice screen on the mobile app you follow these steps;
1. Tap ‘Add Transaction’ on the home page
2. Tap ‘Add Invoice’.
3. Fill in the required fields and select 'Submit'
Alternatively, you can also complete the following steps to add to an Invoice via the Mobile App.
Select the Three lines in the top right-hand corner
Select Add Transaction
Select Add Invoice
Please Note: To Edit your Invoice, you will need to log into Voly on your Web Browser.
