If you got dropped from a class or lost your connection during your live session, please follow these instructions:
Group Classes
If you get disconnected during a group class, you can use the "My Classes" tab to re-enter your session at any time.
If you do not have access to the "My Classes" tab yet, please be aware that you can only rejoin within the first 5 minutes of the lesson. After that time, you will not be able to log back in.
Private Classes
Check your Internet connection and return to the My Classes page in the Live Instruction section and look for your class in the "Upcoming classes" or "Past classes" tabs. You'll find a button to rejoin.
Here are a few things for attending the live session successfully:
We recommend a strong internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 1 Mb/s.
Check your browser settings and make sure that pop-ups are allowed.
