You can cancel a private class up to 6 hours before it starts and get your credits back.
If you cancel less than 6 hours before the class, your credits won’t be refunded.
Example:
If your class is scheduled for 12:00 PM (noon), you need to cancel it before 6:00 AM.
Canceling after 6:00 AM means the class will still be deducted from your available credits.
Quick tip: If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, try to do it as early as possible. That way, someone else can book the slot—and you won’t lose any tutoring hours.
