API integration is the most automated and reliable way to share your data with Vuuh.
It connects your ERP system directly to Vuuh and ensures your product data, orders, and updates are always in sync.
How it works
Vuuh connects to your ERP system via API.

Once set up, your data is automatically sent to Vuuh. Including product information, order details, and updates.
This means no manual handling is required after setup.
What data should be included
To ensure a complete and automated setup, your integration should include:
Product information (ERP)
To provide your clients with all relevant product information available in your ERP.Order details (ERP)
To get all relevant order information for your clients (location, order number, quantities, and actual prices).Order response / Order confirmation
To let your clients know that you have received their order.Invoices (ERP)
To send your invoices to your clients seamlessly.Dispatch advice / Delivery notes (ERP)
To inform your clients about shipments automatically.If available, we also recommend including:
Extra product information (PDM / PLM / PIM)
Vuuh merges the data with the ERP data and makes one big data set that can help your retailers present your products even better. This ensures your retailers receive complete and high-quality product data.
π‘Additional data sources (optional)
If you store product data in systems like PIM, PLM, or PDM, Vuuh can connect to these as well.
We retrieve additional data when needed and combine it with your ERP data without direct access to your systems.
π° Vuuh will make an estimation on building an integration towards your extra data sources. That will be a one-time-fee with no extra monthly costs.
Special cases
If you are using Traede or SPY, the integration is handled directly by Vuuh.

Once you are using Vuuh as an integrated solution, remember to open up for sending data through the integration to the retailers you connect with on Vuuh in your own ERP system to ensure data will flow smoothly between systems.
