If you would like to delete your Waalaxy account along with all associated data, you must contact Waalaxy customer support to submit your request.
Additionally, you must provide written confirmation of your intent to delete your account and data, which can be done through the Waalaxy support chat.
Conditions to know before deletion
Active subscription
If you currently have an active subscription, you will need to wait until it ends before deleting your account.
Once your subscription ends, your account will switch to the Freemium version, allowing you to proceed with the deletion request.
👉 It is not possible to delete an account while a subscription is still active.
Free trial in progress
If you are currently on a free trial, you must also wait until the trial ends before requesting account deletion.
After the trial ends, your account will switch to the Freemium version, enabling you to request deletion. Additionally, you must provide written confirmation of your intent to delete your account and data.
👉 It is not possible to delete an account during an active free trial.
Account deletion process
Steps to follow
Contact Waalaxy customer support.
Indicate that you would like to delete your account and all associated data.
Your request will be forwarded to the technical team.
A support agent will review and validate your request, which may take up to 48 hours.
👉 Deletion will be completed within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You may receive confirmation of the deletion process via email or chat once it is completed.
⚠️ Important before deletion
Once your account is deleted:
You will no longer be able to access the service with the LinkedIn account previously linked to Waalaxy.
Your account cannot be restored.
All associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What data will be lost?
Deleting your account permanently removes all data linked to your Waalaxy workspace, including:
Prospect lists
Campaigns and related statistics
Account settings
Activity history
Synced data

Before requesting deletion, we recommend exporting any important information, such as:
Your prospect lists
Campaign data
Any other useful information you wish to keep
Alternative Options
If you do not wish to permanently delete your account but want to stop using Waalaxy, you can:
Uninstall the Waalaxy Extension: Removing the browser extension will immediately disconnect Waalaxy from your LinkedIn account. This does not delete your account or data.
Can I use Waalaxy again later?
Yes, but you will need to create a new LinkedIn account as the same LinkedIn profile cannot be used again with Waalaxy.
