To prevent reaching out to your prospects at inappropriate times, you can adjust your working hours from Settings > Account Activity.

Click on “Daily custom mode” to define a specific time range.
You also have a shortcut from the queue to update your working hours:
Click the "Update activity" button located at the top right of the screen.
