Find the Sequence Matching your Needs

Updated over a week ago

What is a Sequence?

A sequence includes at least one action (such as profile visit, follow, connection request, message, email, email finder, webhook) that manages the timing and conditions under which leads progress.

The combination of leads and a sequence is called a campaign.

Currently, it is possible to perform these actions:

  • Send an invitation on LinkedIn, with or without a note,

  • Send a message,

  • Follow a profile,

  • Visit a profile,

  • Find a professional email address and send an email.

  • There is also a “Delay” step where a prospect must wait for a specified number of days before they can move on to the next step.

💡 Good to know

⚠️ If prospects reply to any of your notes, messages, or emails, they will automatically be removed from the campaign and will not receive any further messages as part of this sequence. They will be marked with the "Has replied" status, allowing you to filter them within the campaign.

How do I choose my sequence?

To select a sequence, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Start a campaign > Browse sequences.

  2. Here, you have two options:

    • Use the search bar to find a sequence by its name.

    • Specify desired actions in the "Add filter" section, and the tool will display relevant sequences accordingly.

How to Use Filters?

To find the sequence that interests you, use the filters to select the actions you want to send to your prospects.

You can:

  • Include filters.

  • Exclude filters by clicking on the 🚫 icon.

Here is a short video that explains how to use the sequence filters to find your ideal sequence.

Find the sequences that correspond to the specific action you want

Select sequences for "LinkedIn" only, or "LinkedIn + Email", or for "Beginners" (sequences with only one action).

Find the sequence according to your use case

We've designed sequences specifically tailored to certain use cases:

  • Networking,

  • Job Application,

  • Sales, Recruitment,

  • Affiliation,

  • Promotion, or Other.

These sequences come pre-filled; you just need to add the prospects, fill in the fields and confirm the different steps. 🚀

☝️ Example

With the “Grow my network” campaign:

  • The “Invitation” and the “Message” actions are pre-filled.

  • You can edit the “Delay” action.

Can I Create or Modify a Waalaxy sequence?

It's not possible to add or remove an action from a model, nor can you create one from scratch. When creating a new campaign, you'll need to utilize one of the existing sequences.

  • To find the sequence you need, go to Start a campaign > Browse sequences.

  • Then, either search for a sequence by its name in the search bar or use the available filters.

What is The Best Waalaxy Sequence?

Our most effective sequence for sorting prospects between active and cold leads is our “Invitation + 3 Messages” sequence, which has the highest reply rate and effectiveness for the first contact. ➡️ Send an invitation to join your LinkedIn network. If the invitation is accepted, send messages.

Example of a Waalaxy simple sequence: Visit+ Invitation + 2 Messages

Here’s how this campaign works:

  1. A "Visit" action is sent.

  2. A delay of X days can be set.

  3. An invitation is sent.

  4. If the prospect doesn’t accept the invitation within 15 days, he will exit the campaign at the "Invitation pending" - "Finished" step.

  5. If the prospect accepts the invitation, he will receive a message.

  6. If the prospect doesn’t respond to the message, he will receive a second message. If he still doesn’t reply after X days, he will exit at the "Not reply" - "Finished" step.

  7. However, if at any point in the campaign the prospect replies to a message, he will automatically exit the campaign at the "Has replied" step.

Example of a Waalaxy complexe sequence: Ganymede (Simplified version)

Here’s how this campaign works:

  1. An "Invitation" action is sent to “not-connected” prospects.

  2. A delay of X days can be set at the “Delay” step.

  3. If the prospect accepts your invitation, he will receive a message after X days.

  4. A delay of X days can be set

  5. If your prospect doesn’t reply to the message after X days, he will exit the campaign at the "Not replied" - "Finished" step.

  6. If the prospect doesn’t accept the invitation within 10 days, he will move to the Email Finder action.

  7. If a professional email address is found, Waalaxy will send the details to your CRM, and your prospect will exit the campaign at the "Has email" - "Finished" step.

  8. If no professional email address is found, your prospect will exit the campaign at the "Has no email" - "Finished" step.

  9. However, if at any point in the campaign the prospect replies to a message, he will automatically exit the campaign at the "Message sent" - "Has replied" step.
