What is a sequence?
A sequence includes at least one action (such as profile visit, follow, connection request, message, email, email finder, webhook) that manages the timing and conditions under which leads progress.
The combination of leads and a sequence is called a campaign.
Currently, it is possible to perform these actions:
Send an invitation on LinkedIn, with or without a note,
Send a message,
Follow a profile,
Visit a profile,
Find a professional email address and send an email.
There is also a “Delay” step where a prospect must wait for a specified number of days before they can move on to the next step.
How do I choose my sequence?
How to choose a sequence?
Go to Start a campaign > All campaign models.
Refine your search using filters by selecting:
Your target: your LinkedIn connections and/or people outside your network.
The prospecting channel: LinkedIn, email.
The actions to be executed in Waalaxy.
The number of LinkedIn messages and/or emails to send to your prospects.
Can I create or modify a Waalaxy sequence?
It's not possible to add or remove an action from a model, nor can you create one from scratch. When creating a new campaign, you'll need to utilize one of the existing sequences.
To find the sequence you need, go to Start a campaign > Browse sequences.
Then, either search for a sequence by its name in the search bar or use the available filters.
🎥 Feel free to watch our video on the topic. Filters are discussed from 1 minute 10 seconds onward if you want to skip ahead 😊.
What is the most effective Waalaxy sequence?
Our most effective sequence for sorting prospects between active and cold leads is our “Invitation + 4 Messages” sequence, which has the highest reply rate (28%) and effectiveness for the first contact.
➡️ Send an invitation to join your LinkedIn network. If the invitation is accepted, send messages.
Example of a Waalaxy simple sequence: Visit+ Invitation + 2 Messages
Here’s how this campaign works:
Step 1: Initial Action - Visit
A "Visit" action is sent to the prospect.
Step 2: Delay
A delay of X days can be set before the next step.
Step 3: Send an Invitation
An invitation is sent to the prospect.
If the prospect does not accept the invitation within 15 days, he will exit the campaign at the "Invitation pending" - "Finished" step.
If the prospect accepts the invitation, he moves to the next step (Delay).
Step 4: Send Messages
After the invitation is accepted, a message is sent after a delay of X days.
If the prospect does not respond to the first message, a second message is sent after a delay of X days.
If the prospect still doesn’t reply to the second message, he will exit the campaign at the "Not reply" - "Finished" step.
Step 5: Response Handling
If the prospect replies to any message at any point in the campaign, they will automatically exit at the "Has replied" step.
This process ensures that prospects are engaged systematically while removing those who are unresponsive or who interact with the campaign. 😊
Example of a Waalaxy complexe sequence: Ganymede (Simplified version)
Here’s how this campaign works:
An "Invitation" action is sent to “not-connected” prospects.
A delay of X days can be set at the “Delay” step.
If the prospect accepts your invitation, he will receive a message after X days.
A delay of X days can be set
If your prospect doesn’t reply to the message after X days, he will exit the campaign at the "Not replied" - "Finished" step.
If the prospect doesn’t accept the invitation within 10 days, he will move to the Email Finder action.
If a professional email address is found, Waalaxy will send the details to your CRM, and your prospect will exit the campaign at the "Has email" - "Finished" step.
If no professional email address is found, your prospect will exit the campaign at the "Has no email" - "Finished" step.
However, if at any point in the campaign the prospect replies to a message, he will automatically exit the campaign at the "Message sent" - "Has replied" step.
