The Team feature is perfect for agencies, companies and any user who wants to manage more than one LinkedIn account (one seat = one LinkedIn account = one Waalaxy account)!

⚠️ There is no Team feature in the Waalaxy Freemium version.

What’s the Team plan?

The Team system allows you to have a team on Waalaxy, with multiple seat management (one seat = one LinkedIn account).

Within a Waalaxy Team, all members must be on the same subscription level (Pro, Advanced or Business), same periodicity (Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly) and same renewal date. ☝️🤓

This is necessary to allow you to have total freedom in the allocation of your Team's seats.

💡 Good to know
You can remove a person from your team at any time, and invite someone else to take their place, without any extra cost or additional steps.

The seats are not nominative.

It also allows us to issue a single invoice for each period.

For the same reasons, the Inbox option cannot be taken separately on a single account.

Pay per seat

Waalaxy operates on a pay-per-seat system, meaning the cost of using the service is determined by the number of “seats” you have.

Each seat represents one LinkedIn account you can connect to your team. 💺

  • The total price of your subscription corresponds to the base price multiplied by the number of seats in your Team. 💸

☝️ Example

  • If you take 2 seats on the yearly Advanced plan, it will represent €56/month/seat.

  • The cost represents €672/year/seat (without VAT).

  • So, the total cost is €1344/year (without VAT).

⚠️ All payments are made in one installment.

Team subscription discounts

Here are the discounts we offer depending on the number of accounts you take:

  • 10% discount from 5 accounts.

  • 15% discount for 10 or more accounts.

  • 20% discount from 20 accounts.

  • 25% discount from 30 accounts.

  • 30% discount from 40 accounts and more.

⚠️ The discount code is not automatically applied; it must be requested from customer support.

How to add members to my team?

Step 1: How to pay for a new place in my team?

The first step is to pay for the seat you wish to add to your team.

  • Go to the "Subscribe" tab in Waalaxy.

  • Select a second seat and choose the same subscription and commitment as the one you already have.

  • Click on “Go to the payment page”. 🤑

Step 2: How to invite someone to join my team?

💡 Good to know
The person you want to invite must have already downloaded the Waalaxy Chrome extension.

  • Go to the LinkedIn profile of your future team members, and copy their LinkedIn URL

  • From your Waalaxy account, go to the “Team” tab, and paste the LinkedIn URL in the “Invite membesr” section.

  • Hit the “Invite” button.

Your future team members will receive a notification on their account to join your team.

Step 3: How to accept an invitation to join a Team?

💡 Good to know

The invitation is sent on Waalaxy and not by email.

The person to whom the invitation has been sent can accept it from their Waalaxy account, from the “Team” tab.

How to update my Team members' permissions?

The owner of the team can update the permissions of each member.

  • Go to the “Team” tab.

  • Click on the 3 small dots to the right of the member under “Settings”.

  • Then, click on "Update permissions".

What permissions can I edit?

  • See other members: Allows your colleague to see other members in the team.

  • Add/remove members: Allows your colleague to add or remove other member in the team.

  • Update member permissions: Allows your colleague to update the permissions of the other member.

  • Manage duplicates: allows your colleague to see and manage team duplicates.

  • Import with Team duplicates: Allows your colleague to import without checking for duplicates in the app of the other members.

  • Import in members' app: Allows your colleague to import prospects in the member’s app.

  • Access to members' app: Allows your colleagues to access to the member’s app.

How to access team member’s app?

  • From your homepage, click on the drop-down menu at the top of your screen under your name.

  • Click on the member whose Waalaxy interface you wish to see.

💡 Good to know

If you don’t have the “Access to members' app” permission, ask your team owner to update it.

How to import in team member’s account?

  • From your LinkedIn search (for example), select the member from whom you wish to import leads.

  • Then, hit the “Confirm” button.

How to remove a member from my team?

  • Click on the 3 small dots to the right of the member under “Settings” and click on “Remove member”.

  • Then, validate your choice.
