Importing cross accounts from Sales Navigator
One of the team members must have a Sales Navigator account. They will be able to search for leads in Sales Navigator, then by opening the import pop-up, they can select the member and the lead list to which the leads should be imported. It's as simple as that.
You will only be able to import the first 2500 results of your Sales Navigator search. Indeed, LinkedIn does not allow you to access more. Waalaxy has a little hack for you to work around this.
The CSV file alternative
A longer and more tedious alternative. We give it to you, but we don't recommend it.
You can do your research from Sales Navigator, import it into your Waalaxy account, then export these leads into a CSV file that your colleague will re-import into his Waalaxy CRM.
