Do I need a paid subscription to synchronize Waalaxy and HubSpot?
To synchronize HubSpot with Waalaxy, a paid subscription on Waalaxy (Advanced or Business) is necessary 👀
Integration setup between Waalaxy and HubSpot
Prerequisites
In order to synchronize your HubSpot CRM with Waalaxy, you must have a HubSpot account, free or paid.
Adding your HubSpot account to Waalaxy
To initiate synchronization, you need to add your HubSpot account to Waalaxy.
Open your Waalaxy account,
Access the “Settings” tab and then “CRM Sync”,
Click on the “Connect App” button,
You will be automatically redirected to Hubspot to connect on your account, follow the steps required. If all goes well, you should have a message indicating your Hubspot account is successfully linked, and voilà! 🎊
Setting up your first campaign with HubSpot synchronization
In order to export your data, you need to use a sequence in Waalaxy with a CRM Sync step. Let me explain how to achieve that!
Click on "Start a Campaign" at the top of your screen and select "Browse sequence",
Filter by the type of action "CRM Sync" to see all sequences that include this action,
Choose the preferred sequence,
Fill in the necessary fields (action, deadline, message content).
In the "CRM Sync" section:
Choose HubSpot,
Create a new list or select an already created one.
Note that those lists pertain to your HubSpot account, not your Waalaxy prospects lists.
Select the desired data to be sent. First name, last name, and email are mandatory to prevent prospect duplicates in your HubSpot lists,
Launch the campaign 🚀
💡 Good to know: you can only use the static lists on HubSpot. Active or custom lists aren’t retrieved by Waalaxy.

View on HubSpot
Go to HubSpot and open the "Contacts" section. You will have a dashboard where all the data exported by Waalaxy will appear.
Your contacts should be displayed as such 👇🏼
⚠️ If you don’t have the “company name” and “work email” columns, you need to add them. You can also add a column for each data Waalaxy can export such as LinkedIn profile URL, prospect has replied (Yes/No), etc... Let me show you a quick video on how to add those columns 👀
