Waalaxy can be natively synchronized with your Pipedrive CRM to automatically export prospect data ✨.


What is Pipedrive CRM?

Pipedrive is a customer relationship management (CRM) software designed to help businesses track and manage their sales.

With Pipedrive, you can:

  • Organize your contacts and companies

  • Track sales stages in a visual pipeline

  • Schedule tasks and reminders

  • Automate certain processes (e.g., email sending)

  • Generate performance reports


Do I need a paid subscription to synchronize Waalaxy and Pipedrive?

✅ Yes. To enable synchronization, you must have a paid Waalaxy subscription (Pro, Advanced, Business, or Elite).


Setting up the Waalaxy and Pipedrive integration

Prerequisites

You must have a Pipedrive account (either free trial or paid version).

Step 1: Connect your Pipedrive account to Waalaxy

  1. Open your Waalaxy account.

  2. Go to Settings > CRM Integrations.

  3. Click on "Connect Pipedrive app."

  4. A new tab will open: confirm the permissions.

  5. Return to Waalaxy; the connection is now active 🚀

Step 2: Set your synchronization preferences

Choose when to sync

From the integration settings, choose when prospects will be synced with Pipedrive:

  • All prospects added to campaigns

  • Only prospects who have:

    • Accepted my invitation

    • Responded to a LinkedIn message

    • Responded to a LinkedIn message showing interest (Response analysis)

    • Responded to an email

    • Found a professional email (Email Finder)

Log actions in Pipedrive

Enable or disable the option to automatically record Waalaxy actions as notes in the Pipedrive contact profile.

Automatically create a deal


Automatically create a new deal in Pipedrive for each new synchronized prospect. You can define:

  • The Pipeline

  • The pipeline Stage

Select data to sync

You can choose which data to send to Pipedrive:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Company name

  • Phone number

  • LinkedIn profile headline

  • Location

  • LinkedIn profile URL

  • Job title

  • Prospect list

  • Prospect status

  • Company website URL

  • LinkedIn company URL

  • Tags

  • Gender

Once the setup is complete, all prospects matching the defined triggers will be automatically synchronized.

Future changes in Waalaxy will be automatically updated in Pipedrive 🔥.


Access prospect data in Pipedrive

  1. Go to the Contacts section of your Pipedrive account.

  2. Select the relevant prospect to access their profile:

    • Details tab: View their information.

    • History tab: See the actions taken from Waalaxy campaigns.
