Where can I find my invoice?

Find out where to find and download your invoice after you've paid!

Once the user (that’s you!) subscribes to a plan, Stripe automatically generates an invoice.

Where to download my invoice?

You can download all your invoices from your Waalaxy account:

1️⃣ Go to the "Settings" page,

2️⃣ Then click on "Invoices",

3️⃣ And click on the “Download” button.

💡 Good to know:

  • If the download link for your invoice has expired, please contact the support team so that we can update your account. This will enable you to download your invoice.

Can I receive my invoice by email?

It's not possible to receive your invoices via email; we make them available from your Waalaxy space, where you can download them.

  • Go to Settings > Invoice, then click on the “Download” button.

Can I change any information on my invoice?

Once an invoice is created, it is recorded in our accounting system and no further changes can be made. Changing the recipient of an invoice after it has been issued is against our laws.

Here is how to update your billing information:

1️⃣ Go to the “Settings” page,

2️⃣ Click on "Invoices",

3️⃣ Then, click on the “Manage Payments”,

4️⃣ Click on “Update my billing information”.

Your billing information update will be taken into account when your next invoice is processed.
