Don’t forget to pin the Waalaxy extension! It’s a save time to launch an import. 😉

Import from a Sales Navigator Search

💡 Good to know

Sales Navigator limits the display of search results to 2500 (100 pages of 25 results, and there is no page 101). Therefore, it is not possible to import more than 2500 leads per search.

If your search yields more than 2500 results, try splitting it into smaller searches (such as varying regions) to import all leads.

  1. Launch a leads search from the Sales Navigator search bar.

  2. Click on the Waalaxy extension to open the import modal.

  3. Select a list or create a new one.

  4. Hit the “Confirm” button and let the magic operates! 🪄

Import from a Sales Navigator Leads List

💡 Good to know

  • Imports from a list are limited to 2,500.

  • If your list contains more than 2,500 prospects, and you wish to import more than 2,500, you need to display it in a search. The easiest way to do this is to filter by "Belongs to list XXX" using the "Workflow" filter in the Sales Navigator search.

From your Sales Navigator homepage:

  1. Click on “Leads”.

  2. Select the list from which you want to import your leads.

  3. Click on the Waalaxy extension to open the import modal.

  4. Select a list or create a new one.

  5. Hit the “Confirm” button to launch the import.

Import from a Sales Navigator Saved Search

From your Sales Navigator homepage:

  1. Click on “Saved Searches”.

  2. Select the saved search from which you want to import your prospects.

  3. Click on the Waalaxy extension to open the import modal.

  4. Select a list or create a new one.

  5. Hit the “Confirm” button to launch the import.

Tired of searching for prospects and then importing them? Use the AI Prospect Finder feature! 🤩
