Import prospects from a Sales Navigator search
This method allows you to import prospects from a standard Sales Navigator search.
Steps to follow:
Run a search in Sales Navigator.
Refine your search using the available filters.
Copy the search URL from your browser's address bar.
In Waalaxy, go to the Prospects tab, then click Import prospects.
Select Import from a Sales Navigator search.
Paste your search link into the dedicated field.
Select an existing list or create a new one.
Click Import and let the magic happen 🪄
Import prospects from a Sales Navigator list
You can also import prospects directly from a list saved in Sales Navigator.
Steps to follow:
In Waalaxy, go to the Prospects tab, then click Import prospects.
Select "Import from a prospect list".
Select the desired list from the drop-down menu.
Click Import to start the import.
Import prospects from a saved Sales Navigator search
This method allows you to automatically import prospects from a saved Sales Navigator search.
Steps to follow:
In Waalaxy, go to the Prospects tab, then click Import prospects.
Select "Import from a saved search".
Then select the saved search from the drop-down menu.
Click Import to start the import.
