💡 Good to know

The “My Campaigns” tab allows the user (that’s you!) to know more about your campaign's activity, but also on your leads launched into it. Let’s discover them together. 😊

Campaign activity

Within the "Campaigns" section and the "Campaigns list", you can see your campaign's status:

  • Running: Your campaign is active, and actions are being sent to the launched prospects.

  • Paused: Prospects and actions in the campaign are paused. To resume, you need to replay your campaign.

  • Draft: Your campaign has been created and saved, but not yet launched. Complete the necessary steps to launch it.

  • Archived: Your campaign has been stopped. Once archived, all actions cease, and the leads can be added to a new campaign.

⚠️ Unarchiving a campaign is not possible. You need to create a new one.

Campaign’s status

Depending on the state of your campaign and the number of active leads in it, the colored dots have a meaning:

🔴 Dot: No current prospects in the campaign, and no actions are queued.

🟠 Dot: Current prospects are in your campaign, but no actions are queued. Prospects are awaiting conditions to go to the next step.

🟢 Dot: Current prospects are in your campaign, with actions queued for the campaign.

Edit campaign settings

Depending on your campaign's status, you can take various actions.

From a running campaign:

  • Edit the title of your campaign.

I suggest that you use keywords rather than a generic title. This will make it easier for you to find your way around later. 😊

  • Edit your campaign (for example, updating a connection note, a follow-up message or adding new prospects in your campaign)

  • Pause your campaign.

  • Archive your campaign.

⚠️ Archiving a campaign is definitive.

💡 Good to know

Campaigns are never completely deleted; they're archived for tracking past actions. Once archived, actions cease, and leads become available for new campaigns. 🚀

From a paused campaign:

  1. Edit your campaign.

  2. Play your campaign, so that you can resume sending actions to your prospects.

  3. Archive your campaign.

From a draft campaign:

  1. Edit the draft to finalise the steps for launching your campaign.

  2. Delete your draft.

Search a campaign

If you have many campaigns and are looking for a specific one, you can easily find it by entering its name in the search bar.
