Learn how to manage your prospects using tags

💡 Tags are labels you apply to your prospects to organize and sort your lists. They are especially useful for identifying prospects who have "responded," those who are "not interested," or those who need to be "followed up," for example. 🤓

  • You can also filter your prospects based on tags, making this feature particularly helpful. This allows you to easily launch campaigns, delete, or transfer prospects.

⚠️ It's important to note that tag colors can't be modified.

How to create a tag?

  1. Go to your prospect list.

  2. Select some or all prospects.

  3. Click on "Tag" from the options bar that appears.

  4. Name your tag and click on "+ Create a new tag"

  5. Finally, click on your newly created tag to assign it to the selected prospects.

How to edit a tag?

  1. Go to your prospect list.

  2. Click on the tag you want to edit.

  3. Click on the three small dots next to the tag to edit it.

  4. Change the tag name and save ✅.

How to Delete a Tag?

  1. From the prospect list, select the tagged prospect.

  2. Click on "Tag" in the options bar.

  3. Find the tag you wish to delete, then click on the three small dots next to it.

  4. Click "Delete."

How to filter by including or excluding a tag?

💡 Whether you want to move prospects from one list to another or start a campaign, you can filter your prospects based on their tags.

  • You can choose to include only those with a specific tag or exclude those with it.

How to include a tag?

  1. Go to your prospect list.

  2. Click on "Tags" in the filter options.

  3. Select "Include."

  4. Choose the tag and confirm.

How to exclude a tag?

  1. Go to your prospect list.

  2. Click on "Tags" in the filter options.

  3. Select "Exclude."

  4. Choose the tag and confirm.
