When a pet you care for passes away, you can move them to Rainbow Bridge. They're kept in a memorial list, with a memorial page you can share.
Move a pet to Rainbow Bridge
Tap Clients, open the client, then the pet.
Tap ... at the top right, then Passed away.
Tap Goodbye to confirm.
What happens
The pet is removed from the client's profile and from pet lists, birthdays and vaccination reminders.
A memorial page is made for them. Open the pet and tap ... > View memorial page to see or share it.
Their past walks, visits and invoices are kept.
Find them afterwards
Tap the menu button on Home, then Rainbow Bridge, under In Loving Memory.
If it was a mistake
Open the pet, tap ... and choose Unarchive. The pet comes back, and the memorial page is removed.
Good to know
Appointments already booked for the pet aren't changed. Cancel them yourself.
