Here's how to update your details in the Walkies Journal app, like your phone number, address or emergency contact.
Update your details
On Home, tap the settings button at the top right.
Tap Your details.
Scroll to what you want to change, and change it.
Tap the ✓ to save.
Your pet sitter sees the changes straight away.
What you can change
Your photo, First name, Last name, Email and Phone number. Include the country code at the start of your phone number.
Your Address and Access information, like a door code or where the key is.
Your Emergency contact name and Emergency contact phone number.
Answers to your pet sitter's questions, under Additional information.
A second owner
Tap Owner 2 at the top to add or change the second owner's details. If you add a second owner, give them a first and last name.
Good to know
Changing your email here doesn't change the email you sign in with.
If you leave without tapping the ✓, your changes aren't saved.
