Here's how to find and read your invoices in the Walkies Journal app.
Find an invoice
Tap Invoices.
Unpaid shows what you owe, with the earliest due first. Tap Paid for invoices you've already paid, newest first.
Tap an invoice to open it.
You can also tap the invoices card on Home, which says how many are unpaid, or search by reference number or service.
What an invoice shows
Unpaid, Overdue or Paid, and the amount left to pay.
Dates: the due date, and the dates it covers.
Details: your pet sitter's notes, the reference number, and how to pay.
Services: each service, its dates and its price.
Payment summary: any tax, travel fees, discount, tip, credit or payments, and the total.
Payments: each payment made, with how and when.
Good to know
An invoice is overdue the day after its due date.
There's no separate receipts section: a receipt is a paid invoice, on the Paid tab.
Tap the share button to send a link to the invoice. The app doesn't make PDFs, so ask your pet sitter if you need one.
