How do I pay by card?

Pay an invoice in the app by card or Apple Pay, when your pet sitter uses Walkies Pay.

Here's how to pay an invoice by card or Apple Pay in the Walkies Journal app, when your pet sitter uses Walkies Pay.

Pay an invoice

  1. Tap Invoices and open the invoice.

  2. Tap Pay.

  3. Choose a tip, or tap Other and leave it at 0 for no tip.

  4. Choose how to pay: a saved card, a new card, or Apple Pay.

  5. Tap Pay.

You'll see Invoice paid, and your pet sitter is told. The invoice moves to Paid.

Good to know

  • The invoice says Pay securely in app with Apple Pay, credit card, and more when your pet sitter uses Walkies Pay.

  • The tip starts at 7%. You can choose 12%, 18%, or any amount up to 40% of the invoice.

  • Some pet sitters add a Payment processing fee. Tap it at checkout to see what it's for.

  • You pay one invoice at a time.

  • If you see We couldn't start the payment, try again. If it keeps happening, let your pet sitter know.
