Create a Staff Login for Marketing Consultants

To access the Marketing Suite, you will need to create a staff login. Your consultant will need location manager permissions to access the suite.

First add them as a contractor:

  1. From the Navigation Menu select Staff

  2. Click Add New Staff

  3. Choose Contractor

  4. Enter Name & Contact information, then Save

  5. Enter Employment Details

  6. Save

  7. Choose Location Manager permission level. This will grant your consultant access to the Marketing Suite

  8. Choose Next, then Save

Your consultant will set up a login and will use their login to access your site via the same URL as your staff.

To remove their login:

  1. From the Navigation Menu select Staff

  2. Choose the three dots on the top right of their tile

  3. Select Delete

  4. Save
