We will go over the appointment booking experience, important things to know about booking appointments like limitations, capabilities, and things to keep in mind about how appointment bookings work with Walla so you and your clients know what to expect!

Access the Widget Link and Code

You will need to embed your appointments widget into your website or you can share a link to the appointments widget so your clients can book their own appointments. To access the Appointment Widget follow these steps:

  1. Select your profile icon and choose Business Settings

  2. Scroll down and select App and Widget Settings

  3. Select Widget Codes

  4. Copy the code to embed the code into your website or select the green copy icon next to the word Appointments



โ˜๏ธ Important Things To Know

There are a couple of very important things to know about the Appointments Widget.

#1 The Appointments Widget, just like the Courses and VOD Widgets, is not found on the main navigation menu. You must add a link to or embed the Appointments Widget directly in to your website in order for clients to access it for booking.

#2 Booking on the Appointments Widget does not look at room availability. When a client books an appointment, a room is not assigned and will need to be assigned by a staff member. Unless there is only one available room left, then the system will automatically assign the last available room to the appointment and no further appointments can be booked by clients thereafter.

#3 Clients can not book appointments for other clients.

#4 Clients can not pay for another client's appointment.
