Integrate Lead forms from Facebook and send contacts to Walla. This feature is exclusively accessible to businesses with the paid for Marketing Suite.
Connect Meta Business Suite to Walla
Make sure you are not logged in with your personal Facebook!
Log in to Meta Business Suite
Navigate to Walla
Select Marketing Center from the main navigation menu
Select Log in under Business Suite to connect Walla to your Meta Business Suite
Create Your Form in Meta Business Suite
Walla Support doesn't provide assistance with creating lead forms in Meta Business Suite. That's something you'll need to handle directly within your Meta account. We've given some basic courtesy steps, but you'll need to reach out to Meta's support team if you need more guidance on setting up your form.
Step 1: Navigate to the Form Creation Page
Select Marketing Center from the main navigation menu in Walla
Log in to Meta Business Suite (Make sure you are logged in with your business account)
You will be prompted to input Facebook account credentials
Select the Business Portfolio you want to connect to
On the Side Navigation bar select All Tools in the side navigation bar
Select Instant Forms
Choose Create Form
Step 2: Add Form Details
Select New Form, then choose Next
Enter a Form Name
Set the Form Type of your choice
Upload an Image
Under Questions keep the email field and remove the Full Name Field
Select Add Category and choose User Information First Name
Select Add Category and choose User Information Last Name. (Note: These fields are the only fields that are sent over to Walla)
Complete the remaining required fields for your Lead Form
Choose Create Form
Step 3: Share Your Lead Form
How you share your Lead Form is up to you. When the lead form is created responses will appear under.
