Have you ever sat in front of a dashboard of various metrics or KPIs and wondered, "So what? How is all this data relevant to me and my business?"

Well, no longer - Wallabi tailors the questions it asks, and the analysis performs to you, your business, and the things you care about.

Describe Yourself

Think of this feature as Wallabi's getting-to-know-you coffee chat - share your role, industry, company size, and any other details that help it understand who you are and what makes your workday tick. The more it knows about you, the better it can speak your language!

These details allow the system to surface relevant questions, generate targeted insights, and focus analysis on the metrics and trends that matter most to your business objectives.

Describe Your Goals

This feature is like having a personal AI mentor who wants to know what keeps you up at night (in a good way!) and what wins you're chasing. By understanding your objectives, it serves up insights and questions that actually matter to you, instead of making you wade through data you don't need.

Personalize the Insight Feed

Wallabi learns from your interactions over time to ask better questions and provide more actionable insights. There are three main ways to personalize this experience and get the most out of it:

  1. Interact with insights and ask questions! Easy peasy.

  2. Subscribe and unsubscribe from goals directly from your insight feed.

  3. Tell Wallabi not to show a particular insight anymore.

We'll cover options #2 and #3 in this section.

To manage goals from the insight feed, click the goal pill in the header of any insight. A grey goal pill means you are not subscribed to that goal. A blue goal pill means you are currently subscribed to that goal. Wallabi will consider goal subscriptions when generating new questions and insights for you.

To remove an insight from your feed, select the kebab menu ("...") in the top right corner of the insight card, then choose "Don't show this anymore" from the drop-down menu. Wallabi will remember that you didn't like this question and will ask fewer like it in the future.

Favorite Questions

Think of Favorite Questions as your personal data watchlist - when you save a question that sparks your interest, your AI assistant will keep a vigilant eye on it, automatically refreshing the answer as your data evolves. It's like setting up a subscription to the insights you care about most, ensuring you'll never miss an important trend or shift in your key metrics.

To favorite a question, select the kebab menu ("...") in the top right corner of the insight card, then choose "Favorite this question" from the drop-down menu. Wallabi will "watch" this question and ask it again on a regular basis.

Questions that have been saved have a yellow bookmark indicator, letting you know it's a favorite. You can view all your saved questions in the Favorites tab.
