Install
Log into Wallabi. If you need help, see our Getting Started guide.
From your insight feed, navigate to the Data Management page by selecting the hamburger in the top left corner, then Data.
Select Add data at the bottom of your list of data sources, then locate and click the HubSpot card.
Select your HubSpot account.
Click Choose Account.
Review the requested scopes on this screen. Wallabi for HubSpot requests access to read and write to contacts and companies and read and edit contact and company properties
Click Connect app
You will be redirected to a confirmation page, verifying that you have successfully connected to HubSpot. This page also automatically opens the Wallabi sidebar if it is installed in your browser.
You are all set! You will now see HubSpot as a connected data source in your Data tab. You can now safely close the confirmation tab and the Wallabi sidebar. It may take a few minutes to several hours for Wallabi to sync all your data, depending on your data volume and complexity.
Configuration
In the Wallabi sidebar, navigate to your Data page to access all the configuration features for managing your HubSpot data.
Double-click on the HubSpot card to view, edit, and save your data description or view the table schema.
Select the kebab menu ("...") on the HubSpot card to rename or delete the data source. You may also access the data description page from this menu.
Use
Once Wallabi has synced all your data, it will automatically start generating questions and insights related to your personal profile, goals, and favorite questions. For more details on configuring your personalization preferences, see our help article.
You may also ask your own questions and refine Wallabi's analysis of your HubSpot data. For more details on these features, see our help article.
Disconnect
Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Wallabi for HubSpot, your data will no longer sync to Wallabi's managed data warehouse. Existing data will remain.
Log into Wallabi.
Navigate to your Data page.
Locate the HubSpot card.
Select the kebab menu ("...") on the HubSpot card to delete the data source.
Select Yes on the following pop-up.
Uninstall
To uninstall Wallabi for HubSpot from your HubSpot account, follow the instructions in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article.

What do I need before connecting to HubSpot?

Why does it take so long for Wallabi to gather my data?
Source systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others impose rate limits on their APIs. Depending on the volume of your data, this can significantly impact the speed at which Wallabi can move data.
How often does the data sync between HubSpot and Wallabi?
Data is synced every 6 hours by default.
What happens to my data after my trial period has expired or I stop using Wallabi?
Wallabi will pause all syncs from the source system but retain any historical data already moved. You may continue to ask questions, but be aware that insights will likely not reflect the reality of your business until you subscribe and Wallabi updates your data.
