Wallib's referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting new users to the platform. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of the terms
By using your referral code, participating in campaigns, or receiving rewards associated with the program, you declare that:
You have read and agree to these Wallib Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
You meet the eligibility requirements described below.
Eligibility
The following can participate in the referral program:
Adult individuals.
With an active Wallib account.
For a referral to be valid, they must:
Be a new user who has never had a Wallib account.
Be a resident of Colombia.
Make their first deposit via PSE.
All participants (the referrer and referrals) must comply with applicable Colombian law.
How does the program work?
You earn $10 USD for every 4 friends who:
Sign up on Wallib using your referral code.
Complete identity validation (KYC).
Make a successful deposit via PSE.
In addition, you receive 50% of the fees those referrals pay to Wallib.
These rewards are subject to the conditions described in this document and may change over time according to Wallib's policies.
Participation conditions
For a referral to count as valid:
They must sign up using your Wallib referral code.
They must validate their identity (KYC approved).
They must make their first top-up/deposit on the platform.
They must be a completely new user, who has never had a previous Wallib account (active or closed).
If a user does not meet any of these points, they will not be counted within the group of valid referrals.
Rewards
Dollar bonus
The $10 USD reward is credited to your Wallib account once 4 referrals have completed all the requirements.
Each reward cycle is considered complete once those 4 valid referrals are reached.
Payment is processed after those referrals have been validated.
50% of the fees
50% of the fees your referrals pay to Wallib will be paid out.
This payment will be made at the end of each week, once transactions and account status have been validated.
Wallib reserves the right to adjust the form, amount, and frequency of rewards, always respecting the terms in effect at the time of participation.
Code usage restrictions
Your referral code is personal and non-transferable.
It may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged for commercial purposes.
It is prohibited to post the code on:
Deal websites
Coupon pages
Contest sites
Any other channel not authorized by Wallib.
Any abusive, mass, or misleading use of the code may be considered misuse.
Fraudulent conduct and disqualification
Wallib may immediately disqualify any participant and revoke rewards if it detects:
Fraudulent conduct.
Attempts to manipulate the program.
Creation of fake or duplicate accounts.
Misuse of the referral code.
Breach of these terms and conditions.
In such cases, Wallib may:
Block participation in future programs.
Cancel pending rewards.
Take any additional measures necessary to protect the platform and other users.
Modifications, suspension, or cancellation of the program
Wallib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time and without prior notice.
It may also update the participation conditions, reward amounts, and eligibility criteria whenever it deems necessary.
Wallib may disqualify any participant who:
Breaches these terms,
Misuses the program,
Or engages in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Any relevant change will be communicated through Wallib's official channels.
Limitation of liability
Wallib is not responsible for delays in crediting rewards due to:
Technical issues,
Third-party failures,
Or situations beyond the platform's control.
Wallib will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage arising from participation in the referral program, beyond the crediting of the rewards owed under these terms.
