Cashback applies to both domestic (COP) purchases and international purchases made with the card (under the program's conditions).

To keep the program healthy and sustainable, there are some limits:

If you go over those limits, your purchases will keep working normally, but they won't earn cashback for the rest of that period.

Cashback isn't credited the instant you pay.
It's deposited into your BTC wallet on Wallib once the purchase:
- Has been correctly confirmed by the payment network.
- Has no reversals, cancellations, or chargebacks associated with it.

You'll see the cashback as a transaction in your Bitcoin balance.

Inside the Wallib app:

In the "Card > Cashback received" section, you'll see your total accumulated.
In "Transactions," you can see:
- Each individual rebate
- The percentage applied
- The equivalent value in BTC
- And the merchant where the cashback was earned.

In general, cashback is not earned on:

Cash withdrawals.
Transfers that aren't card purchases.
Transactions outside the program's conditions (amounts under 10,000 COP, more than 20 cashback transactions, more than $3,000,000 COP in cashback-eligible purchases per month, etc.).
