How do I increase my limits?
From the Home screen, tap your profile icon (top-left corner).
Go to My Profile and scroll down to the Preferences section.
Tap Limits.
You'll see your current verification level and the requirements to move up to the next level.
Tap "Continue questionnaire" and complete the requested documentation (for example, proof of address to move up to Level 2).
Once your verification is approved, your limits update automatically.

🇨🇴 Colombian citizenship ID (cédula de ciudadanía)
🛂 Foreigner ID (cédula de extranjería)
Either of these documents gives you access to all 3 verification levels.

🟢 Who is each level for?
Basic: ideal if you're just getting started with crypto or move moderate amounts.
Intermediate: designed for freelancers, professionals receiving payments from abroad, or users with higher volume.
Advanced: for high-volume operations, businesses using Wallib, or recurring customers with large amounts.
