If you no longer want to keep using your Wallib Card, you can delete it directly from the app in just a few steps.
⚠️ Before deleting your card
Keep the following in mind before continuing:
Available balance: any funds you have on your Wallib Card remain in Colombian pesos (COP), and you can always withdraw them or convert them to USD or BTC whenever you want.
Pending cashback: there's no "uncredited" cashback that gets lost. Under our terms and conditions, the benefit applies to the first 15 transactions of the month over 10,000 COP, and cashback is credited instantly on each of those purchases.
Recurring payments or subscriptions: if you have subscriptions or automatic charges linked to your Wallib Card, remember to update them with another payment method before deleting the card, to avoid having them declined.
🚀 Steps to delete your Wallib Card
Go to the Card section: from the app's home screen, tap the Card tab in the bottom menu.
Go into the card settings: 3 options will be available inside settings.
Select "Delete card": select the delete option.
Confirm the action: the app will ask you to confirm the deletion.
Done: your Wallib Card will be deleted and will no longer be available in the Card section.
🔁 Can I request a card again after deleting it?
Yes. There's no waiting period: you can request a new Wallib Card again whenever you want, following the same activation steps.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Does deleting the card close my Wallib account? No, deleting the Wallib Card doesn't affect your account or your wallet. Only the card product itself is removed.
Will I lose my transaction history? Your transaction history remains available. If you need the details, you can request a statement directly from our support team.
