Setting Up and Initiating Payouts for Wander Sites

Instructions for connecting your bank account and manually initiating revenue payouts from the Wander Sites dashboard. Learn about the current limitation of single-destination payouts and the lack of automatic fund splitting.

This article explains how to set up your bank account and manually initiate payouts for the revenue generated from your Wander Sites bookings.

How to Connect and Receive Funds

Currently, payouts must be initiated manually rather than automatically split. Follow these steps to set up your destination account and transfer funds:

  1. Log in to your Wander Sites dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Payouts tab.

  3. Connect Bank Account: Follow the prompts to link your primary bank account (this is the same system used during your Identity Verification).

  4. Initiate Payout: Once funds from completed bookings are available in your Wander balance, you must manually initiate a payout to your connected bank account from this tab.


Important Limitations

Please note the following limitations regarding payout functionality:

  • Single Destination: Currently, you can only payout to one bank account connected to your identity.

  • No Automatic Splitting: Wander Sites does not yet support automatically splitting payments among different property owners. You, the Property Manager, will receive the full amount into your main account and will then be responsible for transferring funds to individual owners separately.

  • Future Updates: Automatic splitting and multi-account support are planned for a future product release (expected within the next few months).
