Unlike the monthly consolidated statements provided for Operated owners, Wander Listed hosts operate on a per-booking financial model.


Payout Model & Timing

Wander Listed and Branded hosts receive funds on a transactional basis rather than a monthly cycle:

  • Timing: Payouts are issued within one day of guest checkout.

  • Frequency: Payments are processed per-booking, ensuring faster access to revenue.

Accessing Your Dashboard

All financial and property data is housed in the unified host dashboard at app.wander.com.

  • New Hosts: Use this dashboard for auto-onboarding and site management.

  • Legacy Hosts: Access this same portal once your account has been migrated.

  • Functionality: Use the dashboard to view listings, manage reservations, and track specific payouts.
