Every order includes:
A 2-hour pickup window
A 2-hour delivery window, exactly 24 hours later
These windows reflect when the member expects their laundry to be handled.
📌 Example: If you pick up between 12–2 PM on Monday, delivery is expected between 12–2 PM on Tuesday.
Once claimed, you are responsible for honoring both windows. If you can't meet the schedule, do not claim the order.
Same Day orders (in select markets only):
Pickup must be completed by 12:00 PM
Delivery must be completed by 8:00 PM the same day
These orders will be clearly marked “Same Day” in the app.
🚨 Some orders may be marked “Ready ASAP” — meaning the member is ready for pickup now, but delivery still happens on the regular schedule. If you’re available to pick up early, text the member your ETA. If not, stick to the assigned window.
🕒 Typical pickup/drop-off windows are:
Morning: 6 AM – 8 AM
Lunch: 12 PM – 2 PM
Afternoon: 3 PM – 5 PM
Evening: 5 PM – 7 PM
Note: Claim windows may vary slightly by market.
