When you claim an order, you are contractually obligated to complete it within the pickup and delivery windows. However, we understand emergencies happen.
You may release an order for:
Emergency reasons (illness, accident, etc.)
Non-emergency reasons (equipment issues, mileage errors)
🔒 Rules:
Releases are only allowed up to 30 minutes before the pickup window starts
Same Day orders cannot be released within the window
More than 3 non-emergency releases in 30 days or 12 per year may result in account review
If you fail to pick up an order you claimed, it will be marked as a no-show (a major violation).
