What should I do if no one is there at drop-off?

How to handle drop-off when a commercial client isn’t available to receive the order.

Unlike residential orders, many commercial clients require handoff — you may not be allowed to leave the order unattended.

If no one answers:

  1. Check the washr notes for specific instructions

  2. Call or message the client using both their preferred contact method and the phone number in the app

  3. If you can’t complete drop-off, contact Support

  4. Please do not leave the order if the client indicates that the order can not be left outside.

  5. Instead please keep the order.
