Unlike residential orders, many commercial clients require handoff ā you may not be allowed to leave the order unattended.
If no one answers:
Check the washr notes for specific instructions
Call or message the client using both their preferred contact method and the phone number in the app
If you canāt complete drop-off, contact Support
Please do not leave the order if the client indicates that the order can not be left outside.
Instead please keep the order.
