Unlike residential orders, many commercial clients require handoff — you may not be allowed to leave the order unattended.
If no one answers:
- Check the washr notes for specific instructions 
- Call or message the client using both their preferred contact method and the phone number in the app 
- If you can’t complete drop-off, contact Support 
- Please do not leave the order if the client indicates that the order can not be left outside. 
- Instead please keep the order. 
📌 We’ll coordinate with the client and schedule another drop-off. You’ll be compensated for the inconvenience and extra travel.
