Open the lesson.
Find the accountability task box on the lesson page.
Start typing. The box saves your work as you go. You don't need to click save.
Watch 80% of the lesson video. The Submit button stays disabled until you have watched 80%.
Make sure your response meets the required character amount given in the lesson.
Click Submit. The task is now marked complete.
You can keep editing your response after you submit. Editing it later does not remove the completion.

Once submitted, the accountability task is checked off in the right panel. It counts toward completing the lesson.
If you want to share your response with others, you can copy it (click the copy icon) and post it (click the 'Join Discussion' button and post in the linked Forum Thread. You decide what to share.
❓Frequently Asked Questions
Who can see my accountability task? Only you. Accountability tasks are 100% private. Other members cannot see them. Staff cannot see them. They are for your own reflection.
The only thing visible to others is what you choose to share in the lesson's discussion thread.
Will my writing save if I close the page? Yes. The box saves your work as you type. Your draft will be there when you come back, even on a different device.
Why is the Submit button disabled? Two reasons. First, you may not have watched 80% of the video yet. Second, your response may not meet the required character amount given in the lesson. Once both are true, the Submit button becomes active.
Can I edit my response after I submit? Yes. The text box stays open. You can edit, clear, or rewrite your response any time. The lesson stays marked complete.
Do I have to write a certain amount? Each lesson has its own required character amount. The Submit button will tell you if you have not met it yet.
