⚡️ Quick Answer
ARCHIVE is home to every course and meeting recording included in your membership. When you land on your ARCHIVE dashboard, you'll see two kinds of tiles: Courses, which open directly into a lesson (this is what our other ARCHIVE articles walk through), and Collections, which open into a list of courses grouped together — like all THE CLARITY KEY monthly meeting recordings in one, and all the COMMUNITY MEETINGS in another. Content inside a collection unlocks gradually based on how long you've been a member, separate from the lesson-by-lesson drip inside a course.
📋 Setup for Success
A WatersAbove™ membership with ARCHIVE access
Know the difference between a Course and a Collection before you start (see below) — they behave differently when you click into them
Understand that not everything in a Collection is unlocked right away — that's expected, not a bug (see "How Collection Content Unlocks")
✅ Step-by-Step
Reading Your ARCHIVE Dashboard
My University Activity (left panel = lists everything included in your membership. Each item shows one of three states:
Start — you haven't begun this yet
A progress ring with a percentage — you're partway through
A checkmark — fully complete
Bookmarks — lives in this same left panel. It's not its own course or collection; it's a saved list of specific lessons you save as you go through ARCHIVE content.
The three cards across the top appear the same way throughout WatersAbove Platform (see EVENTS | The Next Meeting Card and EVENTS | Watch Meeting Recordings for more details). Your ARCHIVE Progress shows all available lessons. So note that you're progress may decrease as we add more lessons.
The tile grid below is the ARCHIVE content itself, organized into Courses and Collections.
Courses vs. Collections
This is the distinction that matters most on this dashboard:
| Course | Collection |
What clicking it does | Opens directly to a lesson list, with the lesson itself on the right | Opens to a list of courses inside it |
Example | 9-Week Accelerator | The Clarity Key (contains August 2026, July 2026, etc.) |
Covered by | This article |
Clicking a Collection thumbnail doesn't drop you into a video — it shows you more courses to choose from.
How Collection Content Unlocks
Courses inside a Collection unlock on a separate schedule from the lesson-level drip you may already know from 'How Lessons Work' This is about which courses in a collection you can see at all, not about pacing within a course you've already opened.
When you join, the current month's course and the previous two months are unlocked immediately.
For every additional month you stay a member, two more months unlock — moving backward through the collection's history.
Once a course unlocks, it stays unlocked. Nothing re-locks if you fall behind.
A locked course tile shows a lock icon until it's unlocked based on the timing of your join date.
➡️ What Happens Next?
The reasoning behind the rolling unlock: recent content is what the community is actively talking about, so new members get enough of a window (current month + 2 prior) to catch up on anything they just missed, without waiting. The longer you stay, the further back your access reaches, so nothing is ever permanently out of reach; it just unlocks at a pace tied to your membership tenure rather than all at once.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a Course and a Collection? A Course opens straight into a lesson. A Collection opens into a list of Courses — clicking further gets you to an actual lesson.
Why can't I see all the months in a "CLARITY KEY"-style collection yet? Courses inside a collection unlock gradually based on your membership tenure — current month plus the two before it right away, then two more for every additional month you stay. Older months aren't gone, they just unlock over time.
If a course inside a collection unlocks, does that mean all its lessons are open too? No. Unlocking a course just makes it accessible — the lessons inside it still follow the normal per-lesson drip and completion rules covered in When the Next Lesson Unlocks and How Lessons Work in ARCHIVE.
What does the progress ring at the top of my dashboard measure? Your completion rate across the content currently unlocked and available to you.
What is Bookmarks? A saved list you build yourself from ARCHIVE lessons, you cannot bookmark courses. It lives in the left panel, not as its own course or collection.
