Feature: You can use the sub user module to configure additional users who have access to your account to manage your shop, products, etc. You can control multiple sub users, their access, and permissions based on their configured roles.
Note: Sub users can only be added by Seller and Buyer account holders.
Adding a new sub user
Navigate to the Seller or Buyer dashboard. From the LH menu, select Profile>Sub Users.
To add a new sub user, click the button in the top RH corner.
Configuring the Sub user setup form
Enter all the information required in the sub user setup form.
Tip: Set the status to INACTIVE until you are ready to give the sub user their login details. Remember to set their account to ACTIVE once you are ready for them to access their account.

Configuring sub user permissions
Once you have added your sub users, you can configure their permissions to control their level of access.
From the Sub Users window, click on theicon alongside the sub user you want to configure permissions for. This will open the Manage permissions window for the user.
If you want to apply the same permissions to all submodules, you can set these permissions for "Select Permission for All Modules" via the field at the top of the page. Select either:
None - No access at all. The user will not be able to view or edit any modules.
Read Only - View only access. The user will not be able to edit any modules.
Read and Write - View and edit access. The user will have full access to the modules.
If you want to apply specific permissions to each submodule, configure each permission in the module sections underneath.
How to manage your added sub users
Once you have added your sub users, they will be visible as a list on the Sub Users window.
You can apply actions to multiple sub users in this list by selecting them using the checkbox on the LHS. You can “Activate” or “Deactivate” sub users using the buttons on the top RH side:
- the sub user can log in to their account.
- the sub user cannot access their account.
There are action buttons shown to the RHS of each sub user that provide additional functionality.
When the Status button is turned ON (blue), the sub user account is activated - they can log in to their account.
When the Status button is turned OFF (grey), the sub user cannot access their account.
- update the sub user password.
- edit existing sub user details. This opens the Sub user setup form.
- edit permissions for an existing sub user.
