You should search for rates within the search page, but if there are no available live rates with bookable capacity you will be directed to submit a Custom Quote.

Through the Custom Quote form that appears on the results page, customers can request a quotation from their service provider. In this form, they can also include a target price that they are willing to accept.

After they click Request a custom quote the system will automatically create a shipment with an overview of all the quote details.

On the Shipment, the customer will have a Quotes tab where they can find their Custom Quote Requests and view their status. Through this tab, they can also cancel a custom quote request at any time if their shipping needs change. Customers can communicate directly with sellers under the Communication tab during this quote stage.

If relevant, sellers will prepare a bid for a request, which will be sent directly via the platform. If sellers are not able to fulfill a request, it can be declined.

Once the seller receives the bids, they can accept or reject them through the Quotes tab mentioned above.

If a seller accepts a bid, a booking with the chosen freight forwarder will automatically be created. If there are any outstanding quotes, they will automatically be cancelled.
