A shipment refers to the entire process of moving goods from one location to another. It contains all the information needed to move your goods, including documents, contacts, addresses, and more.

Customers can view a list of all their shipments under the Shipments tab, including the current status of their transport plan, accessed via My Shipments in the header.

If you want to view each shipment in further detail click on the Shipment name, or click anywhere else in that row, and a side panel opens up with an overview of the shipment. Customers can add or remove columns in this view and export this list to a CSV file by clicking on Export CSV.

What is the difference between a shipment and a booking?

A shipment is a folder to manage the movement of goods, while a booking is an agreement between a shipper and a provider for handling the agreed upon terms within a shipment.
