The top of the shipment page displays the current status of a shipment. Initially, the status will be Booked (yellow) after placing the order.

Once the airline or seller confirms the shipment, the status will be updated to Confirmed (green).

The shipment status indicates the current condition and progress of the shipment, reflecting the combined statuses of the bookings and segments. In addition, customers have the option to edit the shipment name and add an internal PO number in this section.

The following are the different statuses that a shipment can have:

  • Booked (yellow): Some/all segments of the itinerary have confirmed bookings, while others are pending.

  • Confirmed (green): All bookings are confirmed.

  • In transit: Goods are in transit but have not arrived at the final destination. Shipment status changes to "In transit" when the first segment leaves the origin.

  • Delivered: Goods have arrived at the final destination. The last segment is completed.

  • Incomplete: Action is required for one of the bookings in the shipment.

  • Cancelled: Shipment was cancelled. Some/all bookings may be cancelled or have an error status.
